Screening Requirements

 

These requirements are non-negotiable. Check out my Covid-19 Announcement, and submit one or more of the following:

Option #1 - References

Someone you’ve seen in the last 6 months or an acknowledged review. Please provide their preferred contact info and check that the provider is willing to be your reference to ensure I receive a response from them. Providing any memorable information from the session is helpful.

 

Option #2 - Employment Verification 

Part 1 & 2 are required to consider this form of screening complete - I will not accept one or the other. 

• (Part 1) Picture of you holding your ID with photo, full name, and date of birth visible. Your address can be redacted for privacy.

  • (Part 2) Pick at least one of the following:

• Employment information:

  • Place of employment and proof such as LinkedIn profile (must match photo ID),

  • phone number or work email,

  • paystub.
     

Option #3 - Meet & Greet

A short date in a public setting to ensure that we are compatible. $150 Amazon gift card fee is required prior to meeting. This fee is in addition to the total consideration rate. During this date, I will ask to see your ID to verify that you are who you say you are. Often times I am available to carry on our date back to my or your place if we decide that we are a good match, just let me know upon initial inquiry.
